The rise of e-commerce is radically transforming the shopping habits of consumers, as people increasingly opt to shop online on platforms that provide convenience, personalization, and quick access to the products they desire. Consumers’ expectations have shifted to meet new standards of fast, easy, and personalized shopping across various channels.
