The survey method was used for this study. A total of 200 secondary school teachers in Paschim Bardhaman district of West Bengal were taken as representative samples of the whole population. A simple random sampling procedure was used for the purpose of choosing the sample. A self-made questionnaire was used to know the knowledge of secondary school teachers on National Education Policy 2020. Percentage, Mean, SD were used to analyze the data and t test and ANOVA test were used to verify the hypotheses. It is discovered that knowledge of secondary school teachers on National Education Policy 2020 is average. The study also revealed that there were no appreciable differences in the Knowledge of secondary school teachers on National Education Policy 2020 according to their gender and caste. On the other hand, the study revealed that the knowledge of secondary school teachers on National Education Policy 2020 was differed significantly depending on their location, subject group and teaching experience.
